Kelly is responsible for the marketing, branding, and packaging for all the BlackWatch entities as well as project level marketing and administrative functions. In addition BlackWatch is unique in that Kelly creates a brand for each project and prepares the marketing campaign and materials.  This approach to “in house” project marketing accelerates the leasing velocity in lieu of having a broker branding your project.


Prior Experience


Kelly worked in marketing and business development for seven years before entering the real estate arena.  She attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA where she majored in Fashion Design. After college she began working in Fashion Merchandising when she realized that she had a passion for the marketing and brand development side of things.  She began working for a Dallas based company as their Marketing Director and later went into Business Development.  Kelly moved to New York City where she began her real estate career in residential real estate.

Education / Associations


Kelly received her certification in Graphic Design from Southern Methodist University and is also certified in Adobe Creative Suite.  She has served on several committees through the Dallas and New York Junior League, which she is also currently an active member.  Kelly also currently presides on the board for the Lee Park Junior Conservancy as their Event’s Chair and will be serving as their 2014 Derby Co-Chair.
